The application facilitates business operations across Android devices and computers, enabling users to generate invoices, estimates, and quotes with ease. It features secure cloud backups for all documents and data.
Users can efficiently create and dispatch invoices, quotes, and estimates directly from their Android devices while ensuring security and accessibility through cloud storage. The integrated diary function allows for the management of employee appointments and tasks, streamlining workforce organization.
The platform supports expense tracking and supplier invoice management, including features for obtaining managerial approval. It is compatible with the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), aligning with industry-specific compliance requirements.
The GPS functionality allows for live tracking of employees’ locations, a feature that can be disabled to preserve battery life. Additionally, the app enables capture of customer signatures and recording of hours associated with appointments to facilitate accurate billing and service documentation.
Customization options include selecting invoice templates, adding logos, and quickly generating professional documents. The interface is designed for usability across various mobile trade sectors such as plumbing, gas engineering, electrical work, tiling, carpentry, and general construction.
Payment processing capabilities include integration with PayPal and support for PayPal Here chip and PIN readers. Users receive real-time notifications when documents are opened, enhancing communication efficiency. Documents can be transmitted online or via PDF attachments through email or text messages.
The application boasts an intuitive interface with straightforward setup, accommodating multiple tax rates, staged payments, surcharges, and discounts—costs are automatically calculated. Data export options facilitate easy sharing with accountants or bookkeepers. Synchronization across devices ensures data consistency and security through regular backups.
Powered Now offers a free usage tier, complemented by a seven-day trial of its premium account upon registration. Post-trial options include transitioning to a free plan or subscribing to a premium tier for extended features.
Subscription plans are available in three levels: Starter, Business, and Pro. Subscribers can choose monthly or yearly billing cycles. Pricing details are available within the application.
Payment will be processed through Google Play at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is deactivated at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Renewal charges are billed within 24 hours before expiration, with the renewal cost clearly indicated. Users retain control over their subscriptions via account settings post-purchase; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
